Refund/Cancellation Policy

We want our customers to be completely satisfied. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 72 hours of receipt of the product and we will do our best to make it right with you.

The shipping component of our prices is not refundable.

We strive to package and ship as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that your order can be cancelled or altered after it has been placed. Should you wish to cancel an order, or make a change, contact us (terry@terrysullivanart.com) as soon as possible to see if your order has been processed.
